feeling a bit tired?

You know, science proves that naps are better than caffeine! They are good for our heart, mood and help do a million other great things too like keep our stress levels in check and surprisingly, even help out with weight management.  So go take a nap! You have my permission.  But first, before you doze off to never land, start counting "golden's" instead of sheep this time!
